Next is something we mentioned way back in the autumn of last year as part of a haul post and since then it's been getting its fair share of use. I use the Miss Sporty Just Clear Mascara everyday to set my brows and its safe to say it does a good job. As I have quite bold, dark eyebrows already I don't really like using brow tint to set them as I feel it can look a bit fake so I find this product to be a great solution for me.
Although for me, I have quite sparse brows so find this MUA matte palette brilliant for sorting them out. I use the bottom left shade (and occasionally mix it with the one to the right of it) and just lightly fill my brows with an angled liner brush, keeping it as natural as possible. I then set it with a clear mascara. (This palette is also brilliant for creating daytime eye looks!)
Finally, a step we can't skip is powder. We love the Bourjois Healthy Balance Powder (despite our new love for the DDP Colour Correcting Powder, we still love this). We love to use this dusted all over the face and slightly more pressed in under our eyes and over any other concealer. Recently we have also discovered - thanks to Wayne Gosse - is that buffing powder into your skin works very well at keeping your makeup on for longer throughout the day.
For the next 6 or so weeks, we will be uploading just a product review each weekend as we have GCSE exams throughout May and June.
